Good overall. Very pleased with the service and very good price for the business cards. One helpful suggestion: the artwork should be kept for at least a year (not just 90 days) - this would make reordering much simpler.

I submitted a very simple logo that i wanted as a frosted sticker to put on a glass door. After paying and submitting my design I was contacted to say it wasn't possible. I spent a very long time on the online chat, trying to find out why it wasn't possible with no real explanation. The online chat guys were as helpful as they could be, so i have no complaint about the service they provided... my complaint is with the design/production of the stickers. There are a number of pre-designed logos you can choose from on their website, most of which are more intricate than the one i submitted but it wasn't possible. There should be more clarity on the website as to what is and isn't possible when submitting your own artwork!

Used these guys for custom trading cards. Took my design and knocked them up nicely. About to place another order.

To be honest, the goods took longer than expected to arrive but I've only recently moved, so that wasn't a problem.

Very quick and easy order process. Reasonable price and hopefully good quality when it arrives too!

I am updating my review following an email from the company. They have said I can reject the delivery and get a refund if I wish. I cannot expect any more than this - just wish it hadn't been so frustrating but we had a fabulous event anyway.

Genuinely, I've never had anything but exactly what I've designed and using quality, durable materials and for prices that are good value for money. I keep coming back for my next banner or sticker etc.

Ordered 2 vertical, double sided stands and paid an extra £65 for delivery by the Saturday or Monday at the latest. Still not received ( Tues afternoon) and turns out FedEx have it lying in a warehouse a days travel away! Not good enough and would recommend asking for a different courier as we have had this before with FedEx and normally request anyone else rather than them. Gave 3 points as FedEx got 1 point ( should be zero) and Bannerbuzz looks good from the images sent although I've still to see the actual products and they are being very helpful in hopefully getting them to me tomorrow morning as I need them tomorrow. 😀

Just at the design stage of the banner I have ordered but so far the help I've received has been very good..friendly, helpful staff who are trying to make sure I end up with an excellent product..hoping all proceeds well and I receive my banners in good time for an event I'm organising on 5th January

If you never use the customer services the products are fine. I ordered once and was decent enough quality.

However if you ever have the misfortune to deal with any after sales service forget about it.

I actually wanted to order *more* products from them after submitting my order (only an hour later). I got so frustrated with the experience that I just ended up cancelling the order.

The refund came through within 24 hours.
